Key Responsibilities

  • Hunt for new business opportunities through creative prospecting and networking.
  • Engage potential clients with compelling presentations and product demos.
  • Understand client pain points and craft tailored solutions.
  • Build and nurture long-lasting client relationships.
  • Negotiate deals and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and provide insights to leadership.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and generate performance reports.

What You’ll Bring

  • 1-3 years of successful sales experience (exceeding targets is a big plus!).
  • Strong communication skills – you’re a natural at building rapport.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using CRM software and sales tools.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Adaptability and quick thinking to navigate changing situations.
  • Valid driving license (preferred).

Experience

  • With minimum 2 years’ experience in crystal awards, metal trophies, 3D printed models, and corporate gifts.
